🇳🇴 Tight-Loose-Tight meets unFIX: Two days of Organizational Design and Forward Thinking Leadership in Oslo 🇳🇴
Just traveling back after two truly energizing days in Oslo, where I had the pleasure of hosting a workshop at CoWork alongside the brilliant Rune Ulvnes, the creator of the Hashtag TightLooseTight leadership framework.
Together, we worked with CoWork’s forward-thinking clients to a powerful combination: Tight Loose Tight as a leadership and alignment thinking model, paired with the unFIX model — a flexible structural pattern approach for organizational design.
What made this experience so special?
💫 CoWorks clients learned new visual languages and then co-developed tailored solution approaches for the participants‘ real-life transformational challenges.
💫 We explored how Tight Loose Tight and unFIX complement each other — and understood why already many of my German clients are benefiting from combining them.
💫 And personally? It felt amazing to be back in Oslo after more than a decade. Still stunning, still full of energy, especially so close to Midsommar. One of my favorite cities.
